il tempietto della mole vanvitelliana sotto la luna

Saturday, May 21st 21-00 – Sunday, May 22nd 10-13/ 16-19
State Tactile Homer Museum, Ancona

On Saturday, May 21st, for the Night of Museums, the State Tactile Homer Museum will offer, from 21 pm to midnight, a unique experience allowing the rediscovery of a direct contact with the artworks.

Visitors will be invited to a display made of lights, shadows and perceptions along which they will encounter the works of some of the sculptors represented in the collections: Michelangelo, Bernini, Tagliaferri, Annibali and Demetz. There will be five installations, based on five artworks, creating a multi-sensory itinerary through which the spectators will be encouraged to interact with the sculptures using their own body.

The event is organized by the volunteers of the National Community Service program Vanessa Fanelli and Francesca Santi, and in collaboration with the volunteers of the Regional Community Service program “Garanzia Giovani” 2016 - 2017: Thomas Giovagnoli, Ilaria Mazzieri, Giovanna Tadeu, Alessia Tronto.

The experience will take place again on Sunday, May 22nd, from 10am to 1pm and from 4 to 7pm, the opening hours for the event “Grand Tour Musei Marche 2016”.
Free entrance to the museum, free activity. No booking.
